崗位職責：
1.  積極主動和客戶進行溝通和交流，從客戶處獲取技術規范或相關要求，根據RFQ文件及客戶要求提供產品解決方案及可行性；
2.  針對成熟產品在生命周期內的設計改進及應用在客戶新車型上的設計變更和優化；
3.  和團隊一起設計和研發高質量低成本的新產品，從初始概念到最終量產的全過程擔當；
4.  按照內部規范在系統中創建3D數模和2D圖紙（CATIA）并發布,處理工程變更（ECR&ECN）事宜和整個項目過程所需的技術文檔；在SAP中為產品建立BOM并維護；
5.  參與制定產品規范，并依據規范制定產品設計驗證計劃（DVP&R），確保產品驗證合格；
6.  與其他部門/供應商合作、協助銷售報價，與供應商討論零件制造可行性，與ME討論裝配可行性，協助質量對0KM/售后問題分析；
7.  履行本崗位應盡的安全職責；
8.  由直接經理指派的其它任務。
1.  Actively  communicate  with  customers,  obtain  technical  specifications  or  related  requirements  from  customers,  provide  product  solutions  and  feasibility  according  to  RFQ  documents  and  customer  requirements.
2.  Apply  current  product  design  to  new  platform  with  optimization  and  localization.
3.  Responsible  for  high  quality  product  design  from  concept  to  finalization  in  a  collaborative  environment  with  team  members,  in  a  timely  manner  and  in  a  cost  effective  way.
4.  Create  and  release  3D  and  2D  drawing  in  CBD  according  to  internal  specification  (Catia).  Handle  engineering  changes  (internal,  customer  and  suppliers),  and  document  necessary  materials  during  all  project  phases.  Creat  bill  of  materials  (BOM)  and  maintain  in  SAP.
5.  Participate  in  product  specification  definition  and  create  DVP&R  accordingly.  And  ensure  pass  all  tests  according  to  timeline.
6.  Cooperate  with  other  departments/suppliers,  assist  sales  quotation,  discuss  the  feasibility  of  manufacturing  with  suppliers,  discuss  the  feasibility  of  assembly  with  ME,  assist  quality  analysis  of  0KM/  after-sales  problems.
7.  Execute  safety  responsibilities  of  this  position.

能力要求：
1.  本科學歷及以上，機械設計、汽車工程、機電工程、材料工程或機械自動化等工科專業，工科碩士優先；
2.  至少3年以上汽車行業（一級OEM配套）產品設計或技術應用相關工作經驗，  有鎖類開閉機構件經驗者優先考慮；
3.  熟練運用三維軟件（CATIA優先），為產品建立和更新3D&2D圖紙；
4.  熟悉工程材料和術語（材料、GD&T），了解塑膠和金屬、橡膠等工藝及制造過程和材料特性；
5.  良好的跨部門合作及人際溝通協調能力；
6.  日語流利，英語至少能簡單日常交流；
7.  了解汽車行業通用標準和質量工具如IATF16949,  PPAP,  APQP,  FMEA；
8.  了解ISO14001、ISO45001、二級安全生產標準化相關知識。
1.  Minimum  Bachelor  degree  in  Mechanical  Engineering,  Automotive  Engineering,  Mechanical-electrical  Engineering,  Material  Engineering  or  Mechanical  Automatic  Control.  Master  of  Science  in  above  Engineering  fields  is  a  plus.
2.  Minimum  3  years  product  design  or  application  experience  in  automotive  industry  (Tier  1),  latch  design  experience  preferred.
3.  Proficiency  in  3D  software  (CATIA  preferred),  create  and  update  3D&2D  drawing.
4.  Thorough  knowledge  of  engineering  terminology  and  standards  (i.e.  materials,  dimensioning  and  tolerances).  Thorough  understanding  of  manufacturing  processes  (injection  molding,  stamping,  etc),  and  material  specification  (plastics,  metals,  etc).
5.  Good  cross-functional  cooperation  and  interpersonal  communication  and  coordination  skills.
6.  Fluent  in  Japanese,  basic  skill  in  English;
7.  Familiar  with  general  standards  /  quality  tools  in  automotive  industries,  e.g.  IATF16949,  PPAP,  APQP,  FMEA.
8.  Knowledge  of  ISO14001,  ISO45001,  secondary  safety  standardization.
